​Is responsible for teaching English, French, German and Russian languages at the Faculty of Military Leadership and the Faculty of Military Technology in all accredited study programmes, and for teaching in professional courses according to the Ministry of Defence requirements. It participates in testing according to NATO STANAG 6001, and it is also the provider of the electronic platform JAZYKY PRO ARMÁDU (JAPA) (LANGUAGES FOR THE ARMY).

Work site Kounicova 44, K44 

At the work site K44 is located the Section of English language, which provides university education of the English language to the students of the University of Defence, as well as language learning according to the requirements of the Ministry of Defence, for example in courses for air traffic controllers. In addition, it provides consultations and English language courses for academic staff of the Faculty of Military Leadership and the Faculty of Military Technology. The Section of English language is also involved in entrance exams, and, when required, it provides interpreting and translating services for the Ministry of Defence.

Work site Šumavská, KŠ/1 

In the Šumavská barracks are located other language teams: the French language team, the German language team and the Russian language team. These groups provide university education of the languages mentioned above for students of the University of Defence, and according to requirements of the Ministry of Defence they organize language learning  in distance, intensive, further development and terminology courses for the staff of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. The teams also take part in testing according to NATO STANAG 6001.
